The Marketing Forum took place on Wednesday, 10th July at 2pm (Online event on Zoom)
The Marketing Forum was about working together to find realistic fixes to the issues we all face.
Across all the arts centres, theatres and festivals participating in Performing Arts Forum’s Audience Insights, 77% of ticket buyers bought tickets once only. If half had come to just one more event bringing just one person with them, the participating organisations would have earned an extra €5.6 million.
So, why aren’t they coming back and what can we do about it?
