This year, we updated our website to make it easier for our members, and would like to share how to:
- Renew your membership
- How to add multiple log ins to your membership

How to renew your membership
- Log in to your Performing Arts Forum account
- Once you’re logged in, click on ‘My Membership’
- Click “Renew your membership” on the right hand side. You can now renew your membership either immediately by Stripe or by clicking manual and making payment by EFT.
- Once you’ve paid, you’ll be able to download your invoice too.
How to add multiple logins
1. Organisation Admins (the primary email account holder) will see a link to their group on the member Dashboard
2. They will then be able to add and delete members.
3. Once a user is added they will get an email invite to join:
4. Once a user accepts, they will be prompted to complete their profile and will have access. They will get an email to set up a password. If they dont get that, they should click on Lost Password on the login page. Members of a group will have an account dashboard like this:
