Cruit Éireann | Harp Ireland (CÉHI) is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and experienced leader to join our organisation as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

At this pivotal moment in our journey, CÉHI is entering a transformative phase, guided by our Resonance – Bridging Tradition and Tomorrow (2025-2030) strategy. With ambitious plans to establish the World Centre for Irish Harping in Dublin and to expand our national and international programming, this is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape the future of Irish harping.

About the Role
The CEO will play a central role in leading CÉHI’s strategic vision, operational delivery, and advocacy for the harp and harping community in Ireland and beyond. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for:

Driving the Resonance strategy, ensuring the successful development of the World Centre for Irish Harping.
Managing and growing CÉHI’s artistic, educational, and outreach programmes.
Developing and sustaining funding partnerships to ensure long-term financial security.
Representing Irish harping on a national and international stage, advocating for its role as a living tradition and vital cultural asset.
The Ideal Person
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on leader who brings:

Proven leadership experience in arts, culture, or the non-profit sector.
A deep appreciation of Irish harping, music, and culture.
Strong skills in financial management, programme development, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent advocacy and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
