Active Bystander Training is a practical and empowering session designed to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to safely intervene and prevent inappropriate behaviour in the workplace—before it escalates into harassment or discrimination.
This free, in-person workshop is tailored specifically for artists, creatives, and arts workers in Ireland’s arts and creative sectors.
It will be led by:
Professor Louise Crowley (Professor of Law at UCC and Director of the UCC Bystander Intervention Programme)
Olwen Dawe (a leading policy analyst and consultant with extensive experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion projects)

Location: Rose Room, The Clarence Hotel, Dublin 2
Cost: Free for those working in the arts/creative sectors in Ireland
A limited number of travel bursaries are available for those based outside Dublin.
