With Safe to Create
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable, but destructive conflict is not.
This course is designed for people working across the arts and creative sectors at all levels to enhance self-awareness in conflict and to develop greater conflict competence in responding to tensions in the workplace.
This valuable, in-depth training will empower participants with a range of developmental, communication and management tools to deal with conflict more effectively and avoid the distressing fallout of poorly managed conflict.
There are just 15 places available on each course, so do apply quickly if you are interested.
A limited number of bursaries are available for freelance artists / arts workers to cover the full cost of this course: apply by sending a short bio by email to info@safetocreate.ie. Bursary places will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis.
Led by Mary Lou O’Kennedy, founding director of OAK Conflict Dynamics.

Participant Feedback:
‘This workshop has taught me to allow myself space to consider how something is affecting me emotionally and to put this into words so I can communicate it clearly.’
‘As a result of the workshop I now know I should aim to take a breathe and not get hijacked by my typical reactions to conflict situations.’
