Safe to Create is delighted to partner with GORM Media to offer this introductory workshop for all artists, arts and creative workers.
The training will explore understandings of equality, diversity and inclusion in the context of intercultural competence i.e. the ability to effectively engage across lines of difference. Participants will have the opportunity to examine the various terminology, perceptions, strategies and practical tools when embracing intercultural competence in a workplace environment, developing an understanding of ways to optimise intercultural competence to enhance their cultural intelligence.

Frameworks in understanding intercultural competence in a workplace environment.
Tips for Intercultural Management.
